Creating Event Collections
Events Collection is a feature that allows you to group multiple events into a single easily accessible collection. This makes it easier for attendees to browse, book, and understand which events belong together (e.g., weekly sports sessions, multi-day festivals, or themed event nights).
1) Click on Event Collections on the main menu.
2) Click the Add New Collection button.
3) A dialog box will appear. Complete the required fields, choose one or more events from your event list to add to the collection.
4) Click the Save button.
5) Your new collection will now appear under Event Collections.
To Manage Event Collections
Click on the collection to expand it:
Edit: This allows you to edit a collection. You can modify the collections' name, description and events attached to the collection.
Preview: This is a link that automatically navigates to show the events within your collection on your Tickxts webpage. This is useful for directly linking attendees to related events. A direct link is also available to be copied and shared so attendees can land directly on the grouped set of events.
Delete: Use Delete to the collection.
