Selling group tickets is one of the best ways of offering multi-buy discounts to your attendees. One caveat with this however is that selling a group ticket will always mean that all members of the group will need to be present at the same time at your venue in order to scan the ticket.

Tickxts has developed a feature that allows each member of the group to get their own individual tickets which means they can arrive at different times.

To sell a group ticket:

1) Add a new ticket and give it a title as normal.

2) In the price section enter the price per ticket. So for example if you want to charge £50 for a group of 5 ticket. Enter £10 in the price section.

3) Click on Advanced, then in the Group Ticket quantity and enter the amount of people in the group, using the group of 5 example, you should put 5 in this box. Then save the ticket.

Once this is completed, customers will now be able to buy the group tickets to your event with each member receiving their own ticket.
