How to send Complementary Tickets

You can directly send tickets to individuals via the complementary ticket feature.

Step 1

Click on the event and scroll to Tools and then select Send Tickets.

Step 2

Fill in the Firstname, Lastname and Email of the ticket recipient. You will also need to fill in the Title for the ticket.

Step 3

Click on Send Ticket. The recipient should receive the tickets to the email you have filled in.
