When your customer opt to use Klarna, you as an event organiser will incur an additional fee, deducted from the ticket face value price, based on their chosen payment option:

Buy Now Pay Later: 5%

Buy Now Pay In Instalments: 6.5%

These fees represent charges from Klarna and our partner companies for facilitating the credit line, which we pass on to event organizers.

The additional fee applies exclusively when Klarna is used for payment; otherwise, standard fees will be applicable.

In the event of a ticket refund that involves a Klarna payment, the extra klarna fees will also be credited back to you by Tickxts and would be covered by us.

How to enable/disable Klarna for your event tickets

1) Navigate to edit the event in question

2) Click on the Tickets tab and then expand the ticket you want to modify.

3) Click on advanced settings and you should see a switch to enable/disable Buy Now Pay Later options for this ticket

4) Click on Save.
