Introducing Ticket Categories

You can now add ticket categories for your event's tickts which allows you to better organise your tickets so that your attendees can find your tickets better.


To add ticket categories.

1) Navigate to the event and click edit event button.

2) Once on the edit event page, navigate to Tickets and click on 'Add New Category'

3) Give the ticket category a name and you can also upload a picture to go with the category.

Next, you would need to add tickets to the category you have created.

4) Open up a ticket to edit it, then click on advanced button to expose the advanced settings

5) Click the Ticket category drop down to select the category you want to put it in and then save the ticket.

6) Repeat for all the tickets and all the group you wish to add.


It's important to note that once you have introduced a ticket group, your event switches to grouped tickets mode and its important that you add all tickets to a group.
