How to Add Ticket Categories


You can now add ticket categories for your event's tickets which allows you to better organise your tickets so that your attendees can find your tickets better.


To add ticket categories.

1) Navigate to the event and click edit event button.

2) Once on the edit event page, navigate to Tickets and click on 'Add New Category'

3) Enter the category name, add a description, and upload an image.

4) From the list of tickets displayed in the dropdown, tick the boxes next to the tickets you want to include in the category.

5) Click Save to create the category.

6) Repeat the process for any other categories you want to create.

Once you add ticket categories, your event switches to grouped tickets mode. Make sure all tickets are added to a category.
