Releasing tickets to people on the list.

Once you are ready to release the tickets to the priority list. Please note, before releasing the tickets, make sure to return to edit this ticket and update the price to the amount you want customers to pay. This is especially important if for eample you have put the tickets at free to start with but wish to charge the right price for the ticket.

Releasing tickets to the priority list effectively means people will get a chance to buy this specific 'Priority list' ticket, each attendee will get a link which automatically reserves a single priority ticket for them. If you wish not to go with the reserved ticket release route i.e you want customers to be able to buy any type of ticket - you can use the broadcast to announce the ticket release.

1) Click on All events on your dashboard.

2) Click on the event that you wish to release priority tickets for.

3) Scroll down on the event to the Waiting List section.

4) Click on Release All Tickets button.

Once you release all tickets, all customers will receive an email with a unique purchase link to buy their priority tickets.

You can now add other tickets to your event such as general release etc.
