Scheduling a ticket release time is useful for building anticipation and inject excitement into your customers. To schedule the release of a ticket for your event, follow these steps:

Step 1

Navigate to the Edit Event page and select the Tickets tab.

Step 2

Select the ticket you would like to schedule a release date for.

Step 3

Click on Advanced button.

Step 4

Enter a date and time at which you would like for the tickets to be purchasable from in the Ticket Live Date input and then click Save.
