How to Refund or Void a customer's ticket
Refunding a ticket for your customer is very straightforward.
1) On your dashboard, click 'All events' on the main menu.
2) On the list of events, click on the event you want to refund a ticket from.
3) Scroll down to Sold tickets which is usually at the bottom of the page.
4) On the list of sold tickets, search for the customers name or email.
5) Scroll to the side and click on Refund/Void.
